2, carrier daily operation monitoring;

3, capacity needs assessment, distribution route and the distance of the examination, distribution process optimization (including distribution planning process, change the program), supervision distribution execution of a process, ensure the delivery accurate;

4, delivery cost, efficiency analysis;

5, carrier of audit and evaluation,

6, implement company's GMP policy, and to promote carrier GMP culture, improve the GMP awareness and performance;

7, participates in formulating safety transportation manual, and contact implement carrier training and implementation process of the supervision;

8, formulate distribution emergency processing plan, carries on the distribution of the accident investigation and handling.
